Handmade Gifts Shop makes handcrafted, made-to-order gifts — bouquets, cards, photo albums, jewelry, hampers, and more. By placing an order or sending an enquiry through this website, you agree to these terms.
Orders & Payment
Orders placed through the website (via WhatsApp checkout) are not confirmed until an advance payment is received and verified. Prices are listed in PKR and may change without notice until an order is confirmed.
Delivery
Most orders are crafted and delivered within 4–5 working days across Pakistan, though this may vary for custom orders depending on complexity. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Refunds & Cancellations
Because every item is handmade to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, once production has started. All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was agreed, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis.
Custom Orders
Custom order requests submitted through our Custom Order form are subject to feasibility, material availability, and our artisans' schedule. We'll confirm details, pricing, and timeline with you on WhatsApp before any payment is requested.
Product Appearance
Because each item is handmade, small variations in color, texture, or arrangement compared to photos on the site are normal and are not considered defects.
Intellectual Property
All photos, text, and designs on this website belong to Handmade Gifts Shop and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We aim to describe our products accurately, but we do not guarantee the website will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of this website or delays outside our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our business grows. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
